Christmas 2009

It's been a while since I've posted and most of the posts lately have been photos, with few captions or writing. Most people like just looking at the photos but I'll try and do better this year.

We had a nice Christmas and New Year. Our Christmas season usually starts with our annual party. We didn't have one last year but did this year. It was a lot of fun, capped with our annual reading of "How the Grinch Stole Christmas"

Sophie seemed to be enjoying things until she realized that Ileana was taking her picture.
We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas morning at home. Sophie left Santa her wish list and he left everything she anted under the tree. She was pretty excited that morning and stacked all of her presents to see if they were as tall as she was. After opening presents and eating breakfast, we got on the road and headed to Syracuse to enjoy Christmas with the family and to attend my cousin's wedding.

The wedding was nice and it was a great chance to see the family. Sophie had a ball at the two Christmases and loves spending time with hergrandma, grandpa and cousins.
