Sophie is the Dancing Queen.

Outside posing and picking out pumpkins. Sophie took about 40 pictures of various pumpkins. I figured it was better not to post them. These are pretty cute though:

Pumpkin Patch 2009

This year, we visited a pumpkin patch with friends in Rock Falls Illinois. It was a nice place but the 35 degree weather was not so nice. The best part about this place was the number of cut-outs that Sophie could "pretend" behind. I think we got photos of her at almost avery one...

Catching up

This is a catch-up post. We went to Great America about a month ago & the pictures were cute, so I thought I'd post them now. Sophie & Ella had a blast of course on all the rides. Once we told them to look at us and smile when they past by, the pictures improved. The last one is Sophie not wanting to leave Wiggle World, but obviously, it was time to go.

T-Ball Chapter One

Sophie has signed up for T-ball on Friday nights. For the second week in a row, she actually graced the rest of the team with her presence and decided to take the field (after several minutes of explaining to me how she was "too shy" to play T-ball. Anyway, if you've never been to a T-ball game, I highly recommend it. In my opinion, this is the most entertaining event going on just about anywhere on a Friday night. I really don't think it matters if your kid is playing or not - it is so damn funny. Sophie did well, tagging a kid out, getting on base a couple of times (an accomplishment but not necessarily a challenge)

If I knew what to call it, I'd give it a title

It's a good thing that pictures are worth a thousand words because I am not sure a thousand words words could describe what Sophie was up to this evening. Mom, we loved the olive oil, thanks. Sophie LOVED what it came in and has been occupied all evening.
